With the new cultural corridor in Downtown Los Angeles that includes the Disney Concert Hall, MOCA, and the new Broad Museum, ESI Design set out to reinvigorate an existing building to reflect the urban renewal. Inspired by the natural L.A. environment, through the use of bold new branding, dynamic media architecture, lighting, updated signage and wayfinding, ESI Design brought new life, new tenants, and eventually a new owner to the Class A office space.
